Amistile ("we", "us") is an AI-powered creator discovery and campaign workspace built for founder-led beauty, skincare, fashion and lifestyle brands. This policy applies to visitors and users worldwide.

When you join our early access list or complete our founder survey, we collect your email address, and — if you provide them — your name, brand name, business category and free-form answers about your workflow.

3. How we use your email

• Invite you to the private beta and send onboarding instructions.
• Share occasional product updates, launch news and founder pricing.
• Ask short follow-up questions to improve the product roadmap.

We do not sell, rent or trade your email address. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Legal basis (GDPR / UK GDPR)

For users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, we rely on your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in building a product that serves founder-led brands.

5. International transfers

Your data is stored on servers operated by our infrastructure and email providers, which may be located outside your country. We use providers that offer appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

We keep your email and survey answers for as long as you're on our early access list. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

8. Unsubscribing

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from marketing emails but does not delete your survey answers — email us to request full deletion.
